Why Your Fat – It\’s Not Your Fault, And What You Can Do

Without a doubt the biggest health problem facing people today is obesity. Two thirds of Americans are overweight, or clinically obese, according to a recent survey. And I\’m sure you know that there are an endless list of health hazards that come along with being overweight. Because they are so obvious I won\’t bother to mention here.
Did we always have a problem with our weight? Of course not. A hundred years ago, most people were slim, and in pretty good shape. It was only the rare individual that had weight problem.
One of the reasons is that we are a lot less active now than our parents and grandparents were when they were our age. Before, most people had jobs that required much more physical labor. Today, with the advent of technology, it is much easier to make a living without even breaking a sweat.
Another reason is that the stuff we feed ourselves with has changed drastically over the last fifty to a hundred years. Before, most people cooked every day, with stuff that they bought pretty much every day.
Today, however, that is a rarity, to say the least. No matter where you look, there are opportunities everywhere for unhealthy, fatty, processed food. Even if you make to your local supermarket without being sucked into the donut shop or the burger stand, you can\’t avoid processed food. Almost everything you can buy today is loaded with preservatives and chemicals.
Even if you try and go out to a \”healthy\” restaurant, most of the food there will be filled with junk to keep it fresh as long as possible.
And I\’m sure you know how deadly fast food is. Don\’t\’ get me wrong, I love a trip to the local fast food shop just like the next gal, but I\’ve no illusions how dangerous it is.
With so many poor choices presented to us, it can be impossible not to eat food made in a chemistry lab day in and day out. What\’s worse, is eating that kind of food only makes you want it more. It\’s as if they made it that way on purpose, just to make money.
One other huge problem worth mentioning is that all this stuff is horrible for our intestines. Most people don\’t know that almost everybody has parasites living inside them. And these parasites grow and flourish with all this junk we feed ourselves. And once these parasites get in there, it can be impossible to lose weight, and keep it off.
Fortunately, once you find out how to get rid of these parasites, and flush them out, losing weight actually becomes pretty easy. People that have done this are amazed how easily they can quickly lose weight. They also realize how rapidly they can return to a normal, happy life.

Lots of people today have a problem with their weight. Ranging from being a few pounds overweight, to full blown clinical obesity, it has become a huge health risk for adults today.
The two biggest things you can do to not only effectively lose weight, but also keep it off, is to eat less, and exercise more. That seems obvious, but why are so many people still overweight?
One reason is that losing weight is looked at by many as something to do once, and then get back to normal. The problem is that unless you change what \”normal\” is for you, you\’re likely to revert back to the same habits that made you overweight in the first place.
It seems then, that the best way would be to change your lifestyle. Of course, any huge change in lifestyle takes a large amount of willpower that most of us just don\’t have. So the easy choice to make small, easy to achieve changes.
Sure, most of us would love to take a magic pill and wake up tomorrow and be able to fit into our high school prom dress. But that isn\’t really very realistic. The best way might be to lose weight slowly.
It\’s better to slowly add changes to your lifestyle and diet, so that you not only slowly lose weight, but change your lifestyle so that you can easily keep it off.
What would you be like in a year if you simply made a few small changes a week? How much thinner and healthier would you look and feel? How much more energy would you have every day?
So what changes should we make? Small, easy ones. Park a little further from your office. Get the baked potato once in a while instead of the fries. Get the salad dressing on the side. Use the stairs occasionally.
These may not seem like much, but believe me they add up over time. The small steps you make today can have a profound impact on you in a few months time.

How To Lose Weight Quick – Knowing Is Half The Battle

If you have a weight problem, you aren\’t alone. Fully two thirds of adult Americans share your same condition. Many of us struggle on a daily basis with this very issue.
And it\’s not just the fat that\’s the problem. It\’s all the other junk that comes with it, from high blood pressure, to cholesterol, and all kinds of other life-shortening problems.
Is there a reason for this? Were we always so fat? The simple answer is no. A hundred years ago, even fifty years ago, most people were thin and healthy. So what happened?
First of all, peoples lifestyles were much different back then. People had much more active lives. Most people had to work hard physical labor to make a living. Today most people sit at a desk.
Those of us that go to the gym, even several times a week, don\’t work out nearly as hard as people used to do for a living. We just don\’t get the exercise that people did in the old days.
And secondly, the food we eat is not nearly as healthy as it was before. Before, most of the food people ate was fresh, and grown somewhere near to where they lived. It wasn\’t trucked in from across the country, or shipped in from a different country altogether.
Today, most of the food we eat is mass produced, and filled with chemicals and preservatives. This is not good for our bodies.
The biggest problem with this is that it can be darn near impossible to find something to eat that isn\’t laced with chemicals. Even if you do find a natural grocer with locally grown, preservative free food, you\’d have to take out a loan to afford it.
Pretty much all the food you can find to eat today, from restaurants, to fast food places, to most supermarket food is filled with things that are simply not healthy to eat, and can cause all kinds of health problems.
It\’s no surprise then, why we are becoming a nation of obese people. We are kept at desks, fed unhealthy food, and then shamed for being overweight. It\’s not our fault.
The biggest scam is that there are corporations and companies that make billions of dollars every year selling you food that makes you fat and unhealthy.
Only when you can discover how to eat the right foods, that are free from preservatives and chemicals, can you quickly lose weight and stop paying your hard earned money to those big companies that want to keep you fat.

If you would like to lose a few pounds, you certainly don\’t have to go very far to find a solution. Just type in \”weight loss\” in Google and you\’ll get about eight trillion results.
The amount of diets and methods available to us seems to swell along with our waistlines. Most are pretty good, and can go a long way towards helping us. Many though, are confusing, and hard to put into practice without having to check some complicated chart or spreadsheet every time you want to buy or cook something.
Here I\’d like to give you two quick rules that can make it easier to eat the right foods, and lose weight. Eating the right foods is the cornerstone of any successful weight loss plan.
One huge enemy to weight loss is sugar, or bad carbs. Of course, the easy solution is to give up all carbs completely, but who are we kidding? That last time I tried that I was a basket case after only two days.
Not all carbs are bad. How do you know? Usually it\’s a good idea to avoid anything processed. To do this simply choose brown whenever possible.
Brown bread over white bread. Brown pasta over yellow pasta. Brown rice over white rice. This will go a long way in reducing your sugar load, as most white carbohydrates will be treated more like pure sugar by your body, which will obviously kill your weight loss efforts.
When choosing fats, choose solid, natural fats. Fats found in vegetables such as avocado\’s are good. Fats found in a bottle of oil are bad. Fats found in fish is good, fats found in french fries are bad. Just ask yourself, did this grow this way? If it did, then it\’s ok. If it didn\’t, and it was processed somehow try and avoid it.
While these rules are only a rough guide, they can go a long way in helping you choose the right foods, which can support a healthy body and lifestyle.
