<p><strong>Successful Leadership Strategies </strong> </p>
<p> Ensuring Successful Analysis, by: analyzing the operating environments on a regular basis, and additionally when major changes occur; using legal and ethical means to gather information; using experienced specialists to gather and analyze the information; using an appropriate range of information gathering tools and techniques; gathering information from an appropriate range of sources; ensuring that forecasts, trends, predictions, are supported by sufficient evidence. The objective is to carry out an analysis that provides the organisation with a clear picture of the current environment in which it operates, and a forecast of impending changes. This will enable the leaders of the organisation to make changes to existing operational objectives in response to the findings on the current situation, and to longer term plans in preparation for the predicted changes. A thorough analysis should be carried out at least annually, with quarterly reviews. This will ensure that the leaders of the organization are fully informed at all times, and are equipped with information that will enable them to respond appropriately to any changes which impact on the organization.</p>
<p>Analyzing The External Environment, by: identifying the components and the boundaries of the external environment in which the organization operates; considering the current political, economic, social, technological, and environmental situation; gathering appropriate, sufficient, reliable, and valid information; identifying and evaluating trends;  evaluating the impact of current influences on the organization; forecasting the impact of potential changes on the organization. The objective here is to gather information which highlights or predicts changes in the world in which the organization operates. There are many thousands of local and international influences and forces which impact on the organization. Indicative examples include demographic changes, cultural changes, and social behavior changes, all of which can lead to changes in customer markets and buying patterns. Another example is a potential or forecast change in a technology which could end demand for certain products or services. For almost any organization, of any size, and in any sector, gathering and analyzing this type of information is critical.</p>
<p>Evaluating Competitor Behavior, by: identifying current and potential competitor organizations; gathering appropriate information on current and forecast competitor activity; evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of individual current competitors; considering the potential impact of new entrants or changes in competitor behavior. The purpose of this is straightforward. Competitors are, by default, competing for the same customers, and if they are worthy competitors, they will be carrying out the same type of analytical activity, and responding to their findings. Competitor activity can be a vital component of the information gathered, as it indicates how similar organizations are responding to current and forecast changes.</p>
<p>Considering The Needs Of Stakeholders, by: identifying all stakeholders, within and outside the organization; evaluating the importance of support from each stakeholder group; consulting with stakeholders to identify and understand their needs; explaining to stakeholders the organization strategies and values; resolving conflicts and misunderstandings through discussion. The aim of this activity is to ensure that the needs of the stakeholders are known, and their views taken into consideration. Stakeholders can include operational staff, managers, trade unions, shareholders, suppliers, customers, clients, sponsors, funding organizations, partner organizations, local government departments, and local or national media. There can also be sector-specific stakeholders, such as relatives of patients, in the hospital sector, local residents affected by major construction projects, or parents of schoolchildren.</p>
<p>Evaluate The Internal Condition Of The Organization, by: analyzing the organization&#8217;s current internal condition; carrying out a review of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The aim is to build a detailed picture of the current condition of the organization, in terms of its internal health. This should be comprehensive, looking at all internal aspects of the organization, including for example, the physical location(s) in which it operates, condition of buildings, equipment, vehicles, plant, funding, operational performance, recruitment, retention, training and development, policies, procedures, products, services and so on.</p>
<p>Adjusting Current Strategies, by: considering the findings of the analysis activities, and then evaluating current strategies and direction against these; consulting with specialists and key stakeholders about the proposed changes; adjusting current strategies and strategic objectives or replacing them with new ones; implementing a management system that will monitor, control, and adjust where necessary, the new strategies. The objective here is clear. To survive, the organization must have in place appropriate strategies. Unless strategic direction, specific strategies, and their related objectives, are regularly evaluated, maintained and adjusted, the ability to compete will deteriorate and eventually the organization will fail.</p>
<p>Adjusting Systems and Structures, by: evaluating the appropriateness of the current systems and structures in meeting the demands of the new strategies; consulting with all affected stakeholders on proposed changes; planning and implementing changes to operational, quality, and cultural systems, policies, procedures, and structures; implementing procedures to monitor, control, and adjust these as necessary. The purpose of this is to put in place an appropriate infrastructure that will support the new strategic and operational objectives. Unless this infrastructure is compatible with, and supports the achievement of, these objectives, the strategies will run into difficulties and almost certainly fail.</p>
<p>Adjusting Current Operational Objectives, by: adjusting operational objectives and activity in response to the changes in strategic direction; implementing an appropriate quality assurance management system to maintain operational quality standards; implementing procedures to monitor, control, and adjust operational activity and objectives as necessary. Operational activity must support and help achieve the strategic objectives. It is extremely damaging, if not fatal, to allow operational activity to continue unchanged, when the strategic direction and objectives of the organization have changed.</p>
<p>Adjusting Personnel Capabilities, by: comparing the current and potential performance capability of key individuals and teams against the forecast performance requirements; improving personnel capability by re-training and development where appropriate; replacing individuals and teams where necessary; implementing an individual and team appraisal and development system.The aim of this activity is to ensure that, at all levels, the best possible individuals and teams are in place to support and help achieve the organization goals. Without the right people the strategies will fail.</p>
<p>In Summary: analyzing the environment in which the organization operates is the most critically important activity that the organization leaders undertake. It represents the sole purpose of the leaders, that is to ensure that the organization is taking the most appropriate strategic direction and is equipped with the optimum resources needed to be successful in achieving its objectives. High quality information is critical to the success of the organization, and information about the changes and challenges facing the organization in the future is the most valuable of all. </p>

<p>Becoming the Creator of Your Life Using the Law of<br />
Attraction</p>

<p>James Allen said, &#8220;You don&#8217;t get what you want you get what<br />
you ARE.&#8221; </p>
<p>Within you are tremendous resources lying dormant within<br />
you. Learning to develop what lies inside of you will cause<br />
the manifestation of material prosperity, create healthy,<br />
giving relationships and success in whatever endeavors you<br />
choose to DO.</p>
<p>First you need to decide what it is you want, then ask with<br />
the belief that you will receive it and then open up and<br />
receive it gratefully.</p>
<p>If it is that simple, then why aren&#8217;t more people wealthy or<br />
even gratified about the shape their lives are in? The<br />
answer is most people don&#8217;t take personal responsibility for<br />
their present results. They believe that the cause for their<br />
current results lies outside of themselves, the result of<br />
circumstances they have no control over. Most people don&#8217;t<br />
understand one of the most important laws of life- the Law<br />
of Attraction: You attract to you everything that is in<br />
harmonious vibration with you.</p>
<p>To understand the Law of Attraction, you need to understand<br />
its underlying counterpart, The Law of Vibration. The Law of<br />
Vibration says that EVERYTHING vibrates (everything moves).<br />
Everything ever created &#8211; from the smallest molecule to the<br />
largest mammal &#8211; is in a constant state of motion. What<br />
looks solid is not. Even concrete, glass and steel is energy<br />
in constant motion. We are surrounded by an ocean of motion!</p>
<p>Your body, then, is energy in a high speed of vibration, fed<br />
by thoughts and directives from your brain. Your brain as an<br />
object cannot actually think BUT you think with your brain.<br />
Albert Einstein&#8217;s brain is kept in a jar somewhere in New<br />
Jersey; however, it is not doing anyone any good because<br />
Albert is not with it! It was the flowing, moving energy<br />
into his brain and what he chose to DO with that flow that<br />
changed the face of our planet and made Albert&#8217;s &#8220;brain&#8221;<br />
famous.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s how YOU become the next Einstein: As soon as you<br />
CHOOSE certain thoughts, you brain cells are affected. These<br />
cells vibrate and send off electromagnetic waves. When you<br />
concentrate on those thoughts, you increase the amplitude of<br />
the vibration of those cells. Those vibrational &#8220;waves&#8221;, in<br />
turn, become much more potent. </p>
<p>YOU are the one who is originating those electric waves, and<br />
YOU are the one determining their density by your degree of<br />
concentration and your own free will. Since YOU are creating<br />
these waves, your Mind and Body move into a particular<br />
vibration. Said differently, the thoughts YOU think and<br />
internalize (get emotionally involved with) are in control<br />
of the vibration you are in. As you become aware of this<br />
vibration, you relate to this as how you&#8217;re &#8220;feeling.&#8221; </p>
<p>Most people lack the awareness of the connection between<br />
their &#8220;feelings&#8221;, what they ATTRACT to themselves, and the<br />
RESULTS they obtain in their life. This can be a significant<br />
disconnect. The vibration (or &#8220;feeling&#8221;) you are in causes<br />
action. And that action produces the very results you are<br />
presently getting! Once you comprehend the Law of<br />
Attraction, you understand that YOU have the ability to<br />
change your vibrational field that, in turn, produces the<br />
results you desire &#8211; in your life! </p>
<p>We generally let our outside world control our inside world.<br />
We have to switch that. Our thoughts dictate what we<br />
attract! We&#8217;ve got to let the inside world take charge of<br />
our outside world!</p>
<p>Dedicate time each day to monitor what is happening in your<br />
mind &#8230; what are you thinking about? How is that making you<br />
feel? If you don&#8217;t feel the way you want to feel, begin,<br />
instead, to visualize what you want instead of what you<br />
don&#8217;t want. This will instantly change your vibration. When<br />
your vibration changes, your results will follow that upward<br />
flow. </p>
<p>How to begin to employing the Law of Attraction in your<br />
favor: Let&#8217;s take a good look at your results in your life.<br />
As you read these questions, mentally write the answer in<br />
your mind:</p>
<p>What kind of relationships do you have? Are you in love?<br />
What are your friends like? How do you communicate with<br />
family members? What is your income? What is your business<br />
like? How about the health of your body? What do you THINK<br />
of your body?</p>
<p>The answers that entered your mind. . . the thoughts that<br />
surfaced before you could stop them . . . are directly<br />
responsible for programming the results your are currently<br />
achieving! </p>
<p>To change the results your are currently getting in your<br />
life, you need to change your thoughts. Simply stated, that<br />
is what the Law of Attraction is ALL about.</p>
<p>Nothing happens by accident. This is an orderly universe.<br />
The images you plant in your mind instantly create an<br />
attractive force, which determines your results in life. You<br />
are a living, breathing magnet. As you read this article&#8230;.<br />
People &#8230; Circumstances &#8230; Conditions and things &#8211; are<br />
marching to you like obedient soldiers to aid in the<br />
manifestation of your images. Wouldn&#8217;t you prefer those<br />
soldiers aiding you in achieving of positive images?</p>
<p>The Law of Attraction is attached to you and is the secret<br />
to receiving the results you desire.</p>
<p>By getting into a harmonious vibration with the good you<br />
desire, and STAYING in that positive vibration you will<br />
attract whatever you need for your health, happiness,<br />
abundance and prosperity!</p>
