<p>One thing you have to consider is which spa facilities will be together for both men and women and which will be separate. Some spas have all separated. Others have a jacuzzi that can be used by both while steam and saunas are separated. While this is nice for couples, it will be a lot easier on your staff if you keep them separated.</p>
<p>Consider where you want your treatment rooms in comparison to the spa facilities. They should not be too far from the spa so your clients do not have to walk too far. However, it is best if they are outside it so that the same rooms can be used for either gender clients.</p>

These responses are actually coming from the brain stem, which then cause each half of the brain to synchronize with each other.</p>
<p>These binaural beats are not just used for individuals and have been used on a bigger scale. One organization, The Monroe Institute, put quite a bit of effort into marketing this type of treatment, which has been used in hospitals and similar fields. Several benefits have been found from utilizing the binaural beats, including less of a requirement for pain medicine, quicker recuperation, stabilized blood pressure, and other benefits.</p>
<p>In the year 1999, Anesthesia decided to do a study. In order to prove or disprove this idea, a study was done that employed three different tapes that were given to subjects to listen to. Each subject was undergoing a different procedure, and were all administered a drug called fentanyl. Fentanyl is usually utilized for chronic pain, or chronic breakthrough pain. Each of the three tapes contained either classical music, a product called &#8220;Hemisync,&#8221; or a a tape with nothing on it. It was discovered that those listening to the Hemisync tape required a reduced amount of fentanyl as compared to the other two tapes.</p>

<p>Before you can enjoy smoking that pipe, you&#8217;ll need to learn how to light it properly. Of course, one of the most enjoyable aspects of pipe smoking is the type of tobacco that you choose, but quite a few people actually find the entire process relaxing and enjoyable. That said, you will need to take several steps prior to lighting up that pipe. What are they?</p>
<p>As mentioned, the right tools are vital to enjoying that pipe. You need a tamper, an aerator, a cleaner, quality tobacco and a good pipe. You also need a good lighter. If you choose to make use of a cigar lighter with a cutter, you should ensure that the lighter offers a traditional flame in addition to the torch flame. This type of dual flame arrangement will help ensure that you light your tobacco, without ruining the actual pipe you hold in your hand. Start by packing your pipe with loose pinches of tobacco.</p>
<p>Once the bowl has been packed to the rim, use your tamper to work around the inside of the rim. Use a gentle hand, as you do not want to pack the tobacco too tightly. This will result in a hard draw that can ruin your experience. Test the draw by puffing on the stem once or twice. If it is hard to move air through the pipe, remove the tobacco from the bowl and start over again.</p>
<p>Now that the bowl has been packed, it&#8217;s time to light it. This is much different than lighting a cigar or a cigarette. You&#8217;ll need to hold the flame of your lighter over the bowl, without touching the tobacco. This helps to remove any excess moisture from the top layer. Draw the flame down by lightly inhaling on the stem of the pipe. You should not actually light the tobacco at this point, you just want it smoking. Now, put down the lighter and gently tamp the tobacco back into place.</p>
<p>The next step is the real lighting. Once more, hold the lighter above the tobacco and draw gently on the pipe stem. Allow the flame to brush the tobacco and then whirl the flame around in the bowl so that all the tobacco lights. Do not get the tobacco too hot now, or it will taste foul. Once the pipe is going, you can simply enjoy a relaxing smoke.</p>
