This field if focused totally on taking care of and assisting families, and individuals in meeting their optimal health potential. At this time in our paradigm nursing is viewed as both a science, and a skill – a great background in the biological sciences is required, however more to the point the interpersonal skills and knowledge of psychology is needed. More regularly then not those who get into nursing have a predisposed uncanny level of interpersonal skills, the science can be learnt much easier then your psychology and application therein.
